Provide hands-on leadership on the production floor, actively supporting daily operations in rotational molding processes to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity targets are met.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of operators and technicians by fostering a strong team-building culture, improving engagement, accountability, and overall performance.
Establish clear expectations, assign tasks, and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of production schedules and operational goals.
Drive a quality-first mindset, ensuring all products meet company standards and customer specifications through continuous monitoring, inspections, and adherence to quality procedures.
Identify and resolve production issues in real-time, including equipment, material, or process-related challenges, minimizing downtime and maintaining throughput.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback discussions to enhance employee skills and promote continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and quality to improve processes, reduce defects, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Ensure strict compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe and clean working environment.
