What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Engineer Land Development position at FINITETEK INC?
Education:
- Requires a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college.
- Preference will be given to candidates with E.I.T. who are taking steps to prepare for the R.C.E. examination.
- Two to five years experience in all aspects of design for land development projects. Has developed good working knowledge of several computerized design and drafting techniques
- Has a demonstrated proficiency in the understanding and application of mathematics and engineering principles and theory to projects.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the operation of CADD, engineering, and office software.
- Demonstrated competence in applying graphic standards, techniques, and principles to specific plans.
- Demonstrated proficiency in QA QC processes and application to projects
- Has developed effective interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly both in writing and verbal.
- Demonstrates an awareness of the importance of working within the constraints of established budgets and schedules.
