Status: Safety-Sensitive (all facility roles)
Hiring Needs: 3rd Shift (10pm-6am) Note: Successful candidates must be able to safely and effectively perform all required duties during overnight hours. The position requires the ability to remain awake, alert, and capable of completing all duties as required.

As a Shuttle Driver, you are our primary touchpoint with guests, shaping their experience through courteous driving, clear updates, and attentive help with luggage and wayfinding. You keep service on time while creating a calm, welcoming ride.
Essential Functions
- Operate the shuttle defensively and within all traffic and airport rules.
- Protect passenger safety during boarding, riding, and exiting; do not exceed capacity or allow standing passengers.
- Complete pre-trip inspections and required checklists, report mechanical concerns immediately.
- Communicate concisely with Dispatch over radio; follow rotation and staging instructions and announce key calls/status changes.
- Verbally communicate clearly with guests and teammates in person and over radio to provide directions, safety instructions, and timing updates while following professional radio standards, with or without reasonable accommodation. The primary operating language on shift is English.
- Perform timely, courteous pick-ups and drop-offs at designated zones; verify terminal/airline and use required locator/ticket practices.
- Load and unload luggage safely; offer reminders for personal items before departure.
- Execute lot, lobby, and terminal rotation per SOP to maintain on-time service; escalate disruptions to supervision.
- Keep the shuttle clean and guest-ready throughout the shift; complete fueling/cleaning and end-of-shift handoff steps.
- Perform other job-related duties of similar nature and level as assigned. These are not considered essential functions and will be assigned consistent with training, safety, and business need.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient and defensive driving.
- Strong customer service skills with professional verbal communication.
- Professional radio etiquette.
- Wayfinding and basic service recovery skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Shuttle, transit, or airport operations experience.
- Hospitality or customer-service experience.
- Experience assisting guests with luggage handling.
- Basic mechanical awareness for identifying and reporting vehicle issues.

Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO accrues based on your hours worked.

- Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company/insurer insurability criteria, annual MVR review.
- Must be 23 years of age and have at least 2 consecutive years licensed.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. solo and negotiate three steps while carrying.
