Summary
FINE Airport Parking was built on the FINE Experience—safe, seamless, and first-class service from arrival to return. As a Valet Attendant, you are on the frontline of that experience, providing professional valet parking and personal attention to guests and their vehicles. At locations with a Detail Shop, you also support on-the-spot detail sales, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Essential Functions
- Receive, park, stage, and retrieve vehicles according to traffic plans; operate automatic and manual transmissions while safeguarding guest property and personal information.
- Inspect and document pre-existing vehicle damage per SOP; maintain ticket accuracy and key control.
- Assist guests curbside, including luggage handling and wayfinding; communicate with Dispatch and Customer Experience Representatives to maintain smooth curb flow.
- Maintain curb safety using cones, signage, and required PPE; follow speed and pedestrian safety rules; complete incident reports as needed.
- Direct traffic to keep aisles and walkways clear and manage congestion during peak periods.
- Detail Shop locations, engage guests, explain service options, capture referrals, and route vehicles to the shop as appropriate.
- Ensure workstation readiness and perform routine equipment checks for safe curb operations.
- Perform other job-related duties of similar nature and level as assigned. These are not considered essential functions and will be assigned consistent with training, safety, and business need.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient and defensive driving.
- Clear radio communication and disciplined key and lot control.
- Strong customer service skills with a sense of urgency at the curb.
- Proven sales skills, including approaching guests, handling simple objections, closing sales, and documenting transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valet or parking operations experience.
- Dealership porter experience.
- Retail sales or service writer experience.

Safety-Sensitive Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for at least 2 consecutive years; meet insurer insurability criteria; annual MVR review.
- Shuttle duty (if assigned) requires age 23 per insurer.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and negotiate three steps while carrying.

Physical & Environmental Demands
- Extended standing and walking; frequent vehicle entry and exit.
