Senior Marketing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join its team in Fountain Inn, SC. This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys owning projects from concept through execution while driving measurable business results across digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce initiatives, and brand awareness efforts. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support product launches and industry events, and help develop marketing programs that increase customer engagement, qualified leads, and revenue growth. This is a fully onsite position offering strong visibility with senior leadership and opportunities for professional growth. Direct Hire | 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday | 100% Onsite Responsibilities: - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, performance analysis, and reporting - Manage social media platforms and create engaging content that strengthens brand presence and customer engagement - Support website updates, digital content initiatives, and e-commerce marketing activities - Create and maintain product marketing materials, brochures, sales collateral, and customer-facing content - Partner with internal teams to develop accurate and compelling product information for launches and ongoing campaigns - Coordinate marketing support, promotional materials, and logistics for trade shows and industry events - Own and maintain the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, launches, and key initiatives - Track campaign performance and provide insights on website traffic, lead generation, engagement, and return on investment - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail - Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to develop strategies that support business growth objectives Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience - 3 years of corporate marketing experience - Proven ability to independently manage projects and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision - Experience with digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and email marketing - Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles; familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts is a plus - Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to measure campaign effectiveness - Experience with e-commerce platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud applications is preferred Compensation & Benefits: - $65,000 - $80,000 - Employer sponsored health insurance - Vacation & holiday schedule - Contributing retirement
