A growing and local construction company in Greenville is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a “make-it-happen” mindset, and thrive in a team driven culture. You will lead on-site construction operations and help to drive projects, safely, efficiently and with high quality execution. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion
- Conduct daily site walks and quality inspections
- Coordinate with all parties involved on job site
- Lead jobsite meetings, safety briefings, and inspections
- Prepare and submit daily field reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in a commercial or industrial construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Prior Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent experience
- Knowledge of construction means and methods throughout a project
