A well-known waste services company is looking to hire a Sales Manager. In this role you will be leading commercial sales representatives in the Raleigh-Durham market and finding business. Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop team of 4 sales representatives
- Drive new business through strategic market planning and target prospecting efforts
- Manage pipeline activity and performance metrics
- Partnering cross-functionally with operations and customer service to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
- Supporting pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and proposal development
Qualifications:
- 5 years of B2B sales experience
- 2 years of leading or managing a sales team
- experience managing sales pipelines, forecast, and CRM systems
- Waste industry experience or a background in commercial or construction sales (preferred)
