Summary:
Our client is seeking a Repair Division Manager to lead their restoration rebuild team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality repair and reconstruction services following water, fire, and mold damage. You’ll manage a skilled team, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of restoration rebuild experience
- Leadership, project management, personnel management, and dispatch experience.
- Proficiency in Xactimate (required).
- Familiarity with insurance programs (Alacrity, Contractor Connection, Symbility preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Available for full time role with overtime and on-call rotations.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, business software).
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain service schedules to meet client demand and profit goals.
- Supervise and develop a team of repair technicians, including training and performance management.
- Oversee job scope before, during, and after work is performed.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and profitable estimates using Xactimate.
- Respond promptly to customer and insurance communications.
- Audit estimates and job files for accuracy and compliance.
- Hire and manage subcontractors, negotiating costs within budget.
- Coordinate recruiting needs and temporary labor with leadership.
- Manage multiple projects, shifting priorities as needed.
- Maintain reports and communicate challenges to senior leadership.
- Occasionally visit job sites and step in to supervise and assist technicians if necessary.
