Our client, a property management group in Simpsonville is seeking an Admin Assistant to support their team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional service to their clients.


This role is Temp-to-Hire with standard hours in office in Simpsonville.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Track applications, compliance issues, and violations.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with scheduling.
  • Manage reservations and administration for community amenities.
  • Process payments, fees, and financial transactions; assist with collections and legal coordination when necessary.
  • Coordinate vendor services, obtain bids, and support project management.
  • Assist with invoice processing and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; business administration coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)


Compensation/Benefits:

  • $19-22/hour

Salary : $19 - $22
