Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that improve cost, quality, and supplier performance.
- Lead supplier negotiations, competitive bidding activities, and contract management.
- Analyze spend data and identify cost reduction opportunities across direct and indirect materials.
- Manage supplier relationships while reducing risk and improving service levels.
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives and address excess and obsolete inventory.
- Enhance reporting, purchasing controls, and procurement processes to support company growth.
- Manage approximately $50M in annual spend across a diverse supplier base.
- Opportunity to influence sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 5 years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience
- Strong supplier negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing analytics
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
