We are seeking a professional Payroll Analyst in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full time, permanent/direct hire position with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of payroll experience.
Job Description:
- Analyze, process, review, modify, and document payroll transactions related to employee wages, deductions, and tax withholdings, including employee transfers, employee status changes and terminations
- Review and audit payroll reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity
- Collaborate with payroll analysts and cross-functional teams to track, validate, and explain payroll adjustments and payments
- Conduct troubleshooting, research, and intermediate-level analysis to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2 years of payroll expereince
- Expereince with HRIS management systems
- Strong MS Office Suites expereince (including Excel)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- 100% ONSITE
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 - $65,000
