Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by greeting visitors, answering calls, and ensuring a professional, welcoming office environment
- Support financial advisors with new account setup, including preparing paperwork, verifying documentation, and coordinating account opening processes
- Maintain accurate client records and update account information within CRM and custodial systems
- Assist in preparing client meeting materials, including performance reports, presentations, and portfolio summaries
- Coordinate scheduling for client meetings, follow-ups, and advisor calendars to ensure efficient time management
- Respond to routine client inquiries regarding account activity, statements, and administrative requests in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- 2 – 5 years experience in Financial Planning/Wealth Management Industry required
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments independently
- Familiarity with trade operations and money movement platforms a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
- Knowledge of trade operations and money movement platforms
- Strong technology skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits:
