Architectural Designer

Architecture firm is seeking an experienced and driven Architectural Designer to work on the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction. This role requires a passion for architectural design, building performance, and delivering exceptional results. You’ll work with the team through all phases of the design process, managing multiple projects with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effective execution. We are open to someone coming from a residential or commercial background.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Work on the design and execution of complex architectural projects from concept through construction completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to bring the schedule, budget, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor project team assignments, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively to build positive relationships with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with design teams to generate innovative solutions and ensure cohesive design execution.
• Support team members in navigating challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring alignment with the project’s overall vision.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution strongly preferred
• 2 years of related architectural design experience
• Experience using Revit strongly preferred
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to manage a team toward the project goal and schedule
• Ability to support the firm’s growth initiatives
