A well known business in Greenville is seeking a Business Development Representative, where you'll play a key role in expanding the company's partner network and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential business partners through outbound outreach and market research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Present solutions and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
- Identify high-value growth opportunities and execute strategic sales plans.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records within company systems.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new accounts.
- Consistently meet or exceed new business development goals.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales, business development, or account acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Associate degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55k- $60k base
