Job Description
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing B2B customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Engage customers through phone and email outreach to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and drive sales
- Generate quotes, provide pricing, and confidently upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Manage the full order lifecycle—from entry through delivery—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production planning, and shipping to meet customer expectations
- Monitor customer programs, forecasts, and inventory to anticipate needs and maximize sales opportunities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a high-quality experience every time
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support pricing or sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail
