Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our customer base and support our mission.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities. You will engage with homeowners, insurance adjusters, property managers, and businesses to promote our restoration services and schedule assessments. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, and CRM system
- Proactively reach out to potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, and insurance adjusters
- Educate prospects on our water/fire restoration services and explain the benefits of working with us
- Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions using a CRM system
- Schedule appointments for our field technicians and estimators
- Collaborate with the marketing and field teams to develop sales strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or home services industries is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
