This position will be responsible for providing leadership in developing, enhancing and implementing initiatives focused on continually improving E&I maintenance performance throughout the facility. Identify opportunities and lead efforts to enhance operational efficiencies, mitigate risks and improve growth through E&I projects. In partnership with Senior Management, identify and drive strategic initiatives in the areas of Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS and Process Controls Maintenance to improve reliability and to accelerate constructive long-term change. Develop and maintain the 3-to-5-year strategic plan for E&I Maintenance. Lead Operational Technology strategy for the facility, including acting as conduit for outside partners and internal operations. Indirectly lead and manage all Hourly Union E&I Craft employees. Ensure efficiency in mechanical maintenance planning and daily work task execution. Manage Salaried Electrical Supervisors and Process Controls group. Responsible for strategic project planning, staffing and execution. Act as the key subject matter expert regarding Electrical, Instrumentation and Process Controls Maintenance initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Electrical/Instrumentation Maintenance, project management and strategic planning. Strong process improvement and problem solving skill sets are required. Demonstrated results in the areas of strategic planning, change leadership, and project management required. Experience in Operations and Maintenance leadership roles in heavy industrial manufacturing settings preferred. Proven people management skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Power Point and Project.
