JOB POSITION: Office Administrator
LOCATION: Midtown Manhattan (5 days weekly in office)

About Us:
You will be part of our easy-going team with support from our London office. During busy periods you will need to feel comfortable making your own decisions and also be confident communicating directly with directors and consultants. We are a growing company so the right candidate will gain excellent experience and exposure. Alongside office admin duties, you will be expected to develop an understanding of the business working closely with the Consultants, acting as point of reference for clients and internal queries. Great opportunity to join a growing Recruitment Firm location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Required:
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 6 months administrator experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office or Google Docs suite
- Positive attitude and a hardworking approach with a good sense of humour – you will be a real ambassador for the business!
- Able to work for a large team under pressure
- Experienced in dealing with urgent requests – adapting and prioritising your workload
Responsibilities will include:
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Admin support to all the consultants – this is fairly minimal as all consultants are quite self-sufficient
- Coordination and point of contact for our internal onboarding and induction process
- Overseeing management of meeting room and greeting visitors
- Liaison and coordination with Finance, HR, Training and Marketing providing support on various matters that arise
- Diary management, arranging meetings & dinners/lunches, travel & accommodation
- Working closely with our remote IT team to provide support to the consultants
- Managing all daily aspects for the smooth running of the Finatal office, including stationary orders, facilities & database management
- Preparing various spreadsheets and documents
