Salary: Competitive base uncapped commission incentives (including Vegas trips!)

What will you be doing in this role?
Business Development
- Proactively engage with CFOs, investment professionals, and finance leaders at private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Pitch Finatal’s expertise in placing high-impact financial talent.
- Negotiate terms, fees, advise for clients.
- Become a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed hiring decisions that support their growth.
Candidate Management
- Build and manage a high-caliber network of finance professionals on an interim and perm basis.
- Source talent using a mix of platforms – LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to understand each candidate’s experience.
- Match top candidates with the right opportunities, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.
What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
- A 2023-2025 graduate with experience in out-bound sales or customer-facing experience
- A high-achiever with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Must be able to commute to our Manhattan office 4 days/week
