Financial Additions is assisting a reputable manufacturing client in Oklahoma City with an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff position. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in C-Suite executive support and excellent job stability/tenure.

What you will do:
- Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite and senior leaders in a fast-paced organization.
- Manage complex executive calendars, including prioritization, conflict resolution, and high-demand meeting coordination.
- Prepare, submit, and reconcile executive expense reports in compliance with corporate policies.
- Serve as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
- Support on-site leadership needs and office coordination.
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 5 years executive support to C-Suite leadership
- Executive Scheduling experience required
- Advanced Excel Required – Pivot table/V-lookups/Charts
- Security Clearance preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong phone etiquette and highly organized
- Ability to manage strong personalities with professionalism
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
