Job Profile
At Filling Pieces we are looking for a skilled Finance manager, who ensures the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

Tuesday and Thursday are mandatory to be in the office.

Responsibilities

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

• Manage the finance team, supporting the team with day to day tasks, and managing development

• Managing the company’s financial accounting and adherence to accounting guidelines, ensuring the compliance with financial regulations

• Make sure that fiscal legal requirements are met as VAT declarations and fiscal and statutory reports

• Continuously identify and drive accounting process improvements for the elaboration of financial reporting and ERP integration

• Cash flow management

• Analyse and advise on performance, risks and opportunities

• Working on a healthy organization to ensure the long term continuity

• Responsible for the monthly and yearly end-closing, as the preparation of the balance sheet and annual statements, ensuring the compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

• Supervise the correct accounting processes for the development of reporting in ERP systems (It's Perfect) and Big Query

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field

• 5 to 8 years of experience in similar role

• Proactive and result driven mindset

• Willingness to learn
