What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at Filling Pieces?
Company Overview
Filling Pieces is more than a fashion brand; it’s a collective of talented individuals from all around the world, connected by creativity and a purpose. Founded in Amsterdam in 2009 by Guillaume Philibert, Filling Pieces began by bridging the gap between streetwear and high-end fashion.
Today, Bridging the Gap is a mindset that goes far beyond product. It’s about bringing people, cultures, and stories together. Take a look at the "our world" page on our website to see some of our recent projects, uncommon stories, or how we give back to our community to get an idea about the impact that we are making every day. Diversity is not an ambition for us: it’s in our DNA and reflected in how we work and what we work on.
At Filling Pieces, we work with an 8 mentality. We believe in a work culture where people take ownership, work smart and professional, challenge themselves and each other, and grow together. This means we look for people with the right mindset: people who take initiative, think ahead, ask the right questions, and go beyond the obvious. We value curiosity, ownership, and the drive to get the best out of your work and yourself.
If you are proactive and eager to learn, Filling Pieces will support you in growing towards your goals and ambitions. We believe that when people grow, the brand grows with them.
