Responsibilities

Tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • ERP & data management: Ensure high data quality within the ERP system, import and validate packing lists, support correct order processing, and act as ERP Product Owner / Super User. 

  • Order and inventory management: Manage pre, stock orders, Flagship store replenishment, inventory corrections, and ensure accurate stock levels across locations.

  • B2B & marketplace order processing: Process order files from key wholesale and marketplace partners (e.g. off-price and outlet partners), coordinate deliveries, and handle B2B returns.

  • Logistics & third-party management: Act as the daily point of contact with Promese and other logistics partners, coordinating outbound shipments, forecasts, SLAs, cross-dock and transit orders. Coordinate shipments between warehouse, office, and Flagship store.

  • Customer onboarding & logistics documentation: Onboard B2B customers and arrange all required logistics and customs documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices, and EUR1 documents.

  • Issue resolution & exception handling: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve delivery issues, order import errors, returns, and other operational exceptions.

  • Special requests: Initiate and coordinate customized operational requests with the fulfilment partner.

  • Reporting & stakeholder support: Create operational overviews and reports, and support internal teams and customers by providing accurate data for their systems and processes.



Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s thinking level

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar role

  • Experience with ERP system It’s Perfect is a pré

  • Detail oriented and quality driven
