TikTok Shop Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop.
- Upload and optimize product listings.
- Coordinate promotions, discounts, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory and product availability.
- Track sales performance and recommend ways to improve conversion.
- Work with creators to ensure products are available for live shopping and affiliate campaigns.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Identify and recruit creators who align with our brand.
- Conduct outreach and manage ongoing creator relationships.
- Coordinate product gifting and affiliate programs.
- Track campaign performance, creator content, and ROI.
- Build and maintain a database of influencer contacts.
- Stay current on emerging creators and social trends.
Organic Social Media (owned platforms)
- Help plan and execute content calendars across TikTok and Instagram.
- Coordinate content production with internal and external creators.
- Write captions, organize assets, and schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase reach.
- Surface trending sounds, formats, and viral content ideas.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track weekly KPIs across TikTok Shop, influencer campaigns, and organic social.
- Create simple dashboards and reports.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Stay informed on platform updates and industry best practices.
Job Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, eCommerce, or influencer marketing (internships count).
- Passion for beauty, hair care, and social media.
- Understanding of TikTok Shop platform and growth strategies
- Active user of TikTok and Instagram with a strong understanding of current trends.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using spreadsheets.
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
