Role Description
The Kraze is looking for a Social Media Influencer Manager based in or near West Hollywood to support day-to-day social media, influencer marketing, content, and campaign work across multiple client accounts.
This is a hybrid, hourly role with local in-person work required for content captures, events, brand activations, restaurants, shows, and community moments around West Hollywood / Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is highly organized, social-first, culturally plugged in, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across content calendars, creator outreach, client deliverables, reporting, and campaign timelines.
This person will help manage social media planning, caption writing, posting, community management, influencer research, creator communication, gifting coordination, content approvals, reporting, and performance tracking. They should have a strong eye for what works on Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, and creator-led campaigns, and be able to turn client goals into polished, engaging social content.
The role will primarily support The Kraze’s agency client work across beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, wellness, and related categories, while also supporting initiatives for Rainbow Social, an emerging LGBTQ creator community and brand partnership platform.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong judgment, creative instincts, organization, and ownership. This person should be able to help move client work forward, support the internal team, and bring fresh thinking to both brand campaigns and creator/community-driven projects.
$35-$45/hr DOE | Hybrid / West Hollywood preferred

Qualifications
3 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, content, PR, creator partnerships, community, or a related agency/client-side role.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms, including what feels native to each channel.
Experience managing or supporting social media calendars, captions, publishing, community engagement, campaign timelines, and performance reporting.
Experience with influencer marketing, including creator research, outreach, gifting, paid partnerships, content approvals, deliverable tracking, and campaign follow-ups.
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across different brands, from polished beauty/lifestyle copy to more conversational, community-driven content.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, details, and shifting priorities.
Comfort attending local events, activations, and content captures in and around West Hollywood / Los Angeles.
A strong eye for content, aesthetics, creator culture, and social-first storytelling.
Ability to work closely with internal team members, clients, influencers, creators, and brand partners in a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented way.
Familiarity with beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, wellness, hospitality, LGBTQ culture, or LA-based creator/community spaces is a plus.
Experience with tools like Later, CreatorIQ, Modash, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, Circle, or similar platforms is a plus but not required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, PR, or a related field is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
