One of our Financial Planning Practices is expanding operations to better serve their growing client base. As such, we have a Office and Marketing Coordinator position available in their Grayslake office. This is a full time position supporting the advisory team and directly contributing to both prospect acquisition and increased existing client satisfaction.
YOUR ROLE:
With input from the advisory team and established vendor relationships you will support the administrative and marketing tasks related to firm branding programs, collateral materials, and attraction of new potential clients as well as further existing client base satisfaction and loyalty.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Assist with the design and administration of marketing programs inclusive of firm and market specific information. Programs will include campaigns that will generate leads for the advisors.
- Meet with the advisory team to discuss lead generation ideas, activities, and results as well as ideas and programs to enhance existing client base satisfaction, loyalty, and referral intentions.
- Primary contact within the firm for third party vendors utilized as part of marketing lead.
- Responsible for CRM and database management related to marketing and sales activities.
- Work with advisory team as well as entire staff to administer, participate, and optimize all prospect events (seminars, webinars, radio/podcast) as well as client education and appreciation events.
- Responsible for Office and Administrative tasks
