401(k) Plan Level Responsibilities:
- Administer the Annual Service Schedule for each Qualified Retirement Plan
- Creating and Delivering Quarterly Fiduciary Investment Review Reports via RPAG
- Creating and Delivering Annual Fee Benchmarking Reports via RPAG
- Annual Plan Design Review Meeting with TPA
- Annual Employee Education Review
- Hold 401(k) plan level reviews with Plan Sponsors and document meetings complete with follow-ups
- Communicate with Plan Sponsors monthly to check in and to track newly eligible participants
- Aggregate the following data on a quarterly basis:
- Flow, Plan Balance, Distributions, Managed Account Balance, Participant Count, etc.
- Facilitate communication between Plan Sponsor, HR & Payroll, Recordkeeper and the TPA.
401(k) Participant Responsibilities:
- Help enroll newly eligible participants
- Service plan participants through regular check-ins
- Handle investment related questions that a participant has about their 401(k) account(s)
- Identify 401(k) participants who have outside assets and need financial planning services
Onboarding New 401(k) Plans:
- Create Fiduciary Investment Review, Fee Benchmarking Report, and Request for Proposals working along side our Financial Advisors
- Implement onboarding process and coordinate communication to ensure a smooth transition to a new Recordkeeper, etc.
- Attend onboarding meetings and meet with employees to explain the services we offer and to provide financial education
- Establish and maintain Annual Service Schedule
The 401K business is growing rapidly, and this new leader is a key member of the team.
This is a salary plus bonus role.
