The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Investment Banking Recruitment will join a high-performing practice focused on M&A and front-office mandates. With average fees around $50K and a mix of contingent and executive search, you’ll partner with elite firms and develop trusted relationships at MD and HRD level.
Role Highlights

– Deliver full 360 recruitment services across M&A and Investment Banking roles
– Develop new client relationships across U.S. banking hotspots
– Manage live vacancies from day one with minimal ramp-up
– Report into and work closely with a Top billing manager
– Contribute to shaping a verticalized desk structure for future hires
You Will Need
The Consultant / Senior Consultant – Investment Banking Recruitment will need:
– 2–5 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an agency
– A proven track record in Finance, IB, or Front Office verticals
– Strong BD mindset with proactive candidate and client engagement
– Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and MDs
– A self-sufficient, solutions-focused approach with no need for micro-management
