The Principal Consultant (Finance & Legal) will take ownership of building and scaling client relationships across financial services and energy markets, driving revenue through a full 360 recruitment approach.

– Win and grow client accounts across private equity, infrastructure, and banking
– Lead end-to-end recruitment processes from mandate to placement
– Engage senior stakeholders including MDs and PE Partners
– Develop new market verticals, including in-house legal hiring

You Will Need – key skills/experience
– 3–6 years’ recruitment experience in a 360 or client-led role
– Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
– Confidence engaging senior finance professionals and decision-makers
– Strong commercial awareness and resilience in competitive markets
– Ambition to progress into leadership within a high-performance team
