The Recruitment Consultant will join a close-knit team of 8, specialising in tech talent. You’ll inherit a warm desk, tap into a proven client base, and benefit from a structured career path - whether you’re chasing big billings or a leadership track.

The Recruitment Consultant will:

– Recruit across a specialist vertical in the tech space

– Work with clients ranging from start-ups to enterprise giants like Nike and Deloitte

– Manage full-lifecycle recruitment with autonomy and trust

– Focus initially on permanent roles, with contract and account management to follow

– Build your brand in a market with strong demand and long-term potential

You will need:

– Prior recruitment experience (any market) or demonstrable sales success

– Ambition to exceed targets and take ownership of your growth

– Resilience, positivity, and the drive to win in a high-performance setting

– Strong interpersonal skills and commercial instincts
