CAN YOU...

• Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and codes?
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site and provide immediate solutions to maintain project timelines?
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure project accuracy?
• Maintain accurate daily work logs, material usage, and project status updates?
• Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and less-experienced team members?
• Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality standards, performing inspections as necessary?
• Monitor and control project costs, helping to ensure budgets are adhered to?

If this describes you, YOU could be just what we are looking for

Qualifications:

• 5 years of plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber on large-scale construction projects.
• Master or Journeyman plumbing license preferred.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with job site safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Base Pay: $38-45/hr

• Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, a number of factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
