- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and codes?
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues on-site and provide immediate solutions to maintain project timelines?
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to ensure project accuracy?
- Maintain accurate daily work logs, material usage, and project status updates?
- Provide training and mentorship to apprentices and less-experienced team members?
- Ensure all installations meet or exceed quality standards, performing inspections as necessary?
- Monitor and control project costs, helping to ensure budgets are adhered to?
Qualifications:
- 5 years of plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments.
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber on large-scale construction projects.
- Master or Journeyman plumbing license preferred.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with job site safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
