What You’ll Do:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department.
- Ensure all service contracts, maintenance agreements, and projects are executed efficiently and profitably.
- Supervise, mentor, and support service technicians, dispatchers, and coordinators.
- Maintain high levels of customer and team satisfaction through responsive communication and problem-solving.
- Develop and implement service procedures, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Support sales teams in estimating and quoting service projects and retrofits.
- Monitor department KPIs, budgets, and profitability goals.
- Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met.
- 5 years of commercial experience in HVAC service or BAS controls, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, DDC controls, and BAS integration (experience with systems like Schneider, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Trane, or Niagara preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage service operations, budgets, and customer relationships.
- Technical training, associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience required; bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
