The Role at a Glance:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and exceed client expectations
- Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitive offerings
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed reports to support business development efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of building long standing relationships with clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of the mechanical services industry is a plus
