Role Description CapConnect is looking for driven, phone-ready Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. This remote role can be part-time or full-time and is centered on cold calling, outbound outreach, and conversation-driven lead generation. You’ll connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and book meetings that move the sales cycle forward. Using a mix of phone calls, personalized emails, and CRM tracking, you’ll help clients fill their pipelines while sharpening your sales and communication skills in a fast-growing environment.
