We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and drive growth across the DC/Northern VA territory.

Chesapeake Systems is a leading HVAC/Mechanical manufacturers' representative for the Mid-Atlantic region. We offer innovative service and product solutions to support the needs of engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and building owners.
Chesapeake Systems focuses on various market segments, including commercial HVAC, PVF/Plumbing, Hydronic Heating, Industrial, and Service. Our GoodTowerServices division—which services all cooling tower brands including EVAPCO®, BAC, Marley, and more—is comprisedof expert technicians who provide restorations, rebuilds, and repairs to extend the life of cooling tower systems and help minimize customer costs.
We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can hit the ground running, build strong relationships, and drive growth across the DC/Northern VA territory.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, wholesalers, engineers, and building owners.
- Identify and qualify prospects, manage your sales pipeline, and achieve sales goals.
- Deliver consultative, solution-based sales and an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay current on products and market trends through ongoing training and workshops.
- Travel with factory partners to customer sites to build and maintain relationships.
- Work from our Hanover, MD office twice a month to collaborate with your team.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required
- 2–5 years of sales experience (commercial or industrial sales a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
