We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to oversee and run commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency from start to finish.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of electrical experience (commercial focus preferred)
- Proven ability to lead crews and run projects independently
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in the trade
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical crews on commercial projects from planning through completion
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local and national codes
- Work on both low- and high-voltage systems
- Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using proper testing devices and tools
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe jobsite
- Track and document work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
