Salary: up to $100k depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all phases of mechanical/HVAC projects from turnover to closeout.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure alignment.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate resources across departments.
- Oversee field operations, inspections, subcontractors, and materials.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
- Manage project financials including forecasting, ECAC, and cash flow.
- Prepare and submit AIA invoices, RFIs, and change orders.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Foremen to drive success.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4–5 years of experience in mechanical/HVAC project management.
- Strong mechanical plan/spec and design-build background.
- Proficiency with job costing software and project financial tracking.
- In-depth understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chilled water loops and refrigerant flow.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
