BRS Manager / RISE Program Manager

Project Genesis | Full-Time | Exempt

Project Genesis is seeking a RISE Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for our RISE vocational services program as well as develop job sites and career exploration opportunities for Bureau of Rehabilitation, ABI and SESS program clients. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys developing community partnerships, supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving employment goals, and leading a team of dedicated Job Coaches.

• Lead, supervise, train, and support Job Coaches and Job Developers.

• Develop relationships with local employers and identify meaningful employment and career exploration opportunities for clients.

• Coordinate vocational services, client placements, interviews, and job development activities.

• Work closely with Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS) counselors and other referral partners.

• Monitor client and employer satisfaction, program quality, outcomes, documentation, and contract requirements.

• Develop staff schedules, monitor workloads, and ensure services meet client and program needs.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and professional development of program staff.

• Monitor program revenue, expenses, staffing resources, and monthly billing.

• Promote RISE services through networking, community outreach, and professional relationships.

• Participate in meetings, intakes, client assessments, and other activities that support successful employment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate client, employee, and program records while ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Knowledge or experience in sales, telemarketing, business development, or employer outreach preferred.

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, vocational rehabilitation, employment services, or related programs is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, good driving record, and proof of insurance/registration required.

• Must be able to work in office for least 2 days per week.

• Position involves driving through Connecticut to include Hartford, Middlesex, New London and Windham Counties.
