Availability Requirements
Evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
These positions support both daily restaurant operations and event execution, and require flexibility based on business needs.
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, professional, and passionate Bartenders/Mixologists to join our team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through expertly crafted, detail-oriented cocktails, impeccable wine service, and outstanding hospitality.
Successful candidates thrive in a fine dining environment where precision, attention to detail, and creativity are essential. They possess a strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, a passion for mixology, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and precision.
- Develop seasonal cocktail specials and contribute creative drink ideas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
