We’re looking for an HR & Benefits Administrator who will keep our HR operations running smoothly, without the red tape of a large corporate HR department.
Position Overview
This role manages day-to-day HR tasks, administers employee benefits, supports compliance, and ensures a positive employee experience. You’ll also coordinate priorities and provide guidance for an administrative support position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) and coordinate open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide guidance and coordination for an administrative support role.
• Assist with general office administrative needs as required.
Skills & Qualifications
• 2 years of HR or benefits administration experience (small to mid-sized company experience preferred).
• Knowledge of HR processes, benefits administration, and employment compliance.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working across the organization.
