Job Summary:

As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live marketing events, helping to create engaging experiences that build brand awareness and drive audience participation. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about event marketing, public engagement, and hands-on campaign support.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing events and activations

• Engage with event attendees to communicate key messages and promote participation

• Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee information

• Support logistical tasks including inventory management and event supplies

• Work closely with event managers and marketing teams to ensure smooth event flow

• Help capture feedback and report on event outcomes

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in marketing or communications preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments
