Position Description
We partner with nonprofit organizations to build awareness, increase donor engagement, and drive fundraising results. Through live events and face-to-face outreach, we help our clients create lasting community impact. As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire entry-level Account Representatives to join our dynamic and mission-driven team.
Position Summary:
The Entry-Level Account Representative will support client campaigns by managing donor relationships, assisting in campaign execution, and promoting brand awareness. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by meaningful work.
Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact between nonprofit clients and the public

Represent nonprofit brands at live fundraising events and outreach locations

Engage with potential donors, share campaign information, and explain how they can support

Track donor interactions and contributions using internal systems

Assist with campaign logistics, including setup and teardown

Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and KPIs

Maintain a professional and positive image at all times

Provide feedback to improve campaign messaging and outreach strategy

Attend training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
