• Monitor stock levels to keep availability on target and minimize shortages.
• Perform frequent cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Partner in developing and implementing inventory control procedures that prevent errors.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and other teams to forecast needs and manage replenishment.
• Detect, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in records and on the floor.
• Support shipping and receiving by verifying all incoming and outgoing orders against documentation.
• Maintain a tidy, organized storage environment that supports fast, error-free work.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or similar preferred.
• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable team contributor.
• Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort lifting and moving heavy items as needed.
