Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing LTL outbound business at the Ontario Service Center through face-to-face sales calls. The role involves proactive outbound sales, relationship-building, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high customer satisfaction in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

• 1 -2 years of experience in LTL outside sales.
• Must have a strong will to win and the ability to handle performance pressure to deliver results.
• Must have a passion for creating a positive Customer Experience.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and pipeline development.
•  Conduct daily customer visits to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
• Negotiate pricing, service options, and contract terms using needs‑based selling methods.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Service Center Managers, and Customer Support teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
• Share market insights and upcoming opportunities with internal stakeholders.
