POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated candidates interested in joining our team as a

Lifestyle Consultant. As a Lifestyle Consultant at FF Global Group, you will serve as a trusted

advisor to a discerning clientele of high-net-worth individuals, families, and business

executives

The candidate must be able to provide premium service to our member community of high-

net-worth families and individuals by servicing requests for a range of needs, including

consulting on and booking dining reservations, events, tickets, beauty and wellness, luxury

goods and services, personal staffing, florals, gifts, etc. This employee will report to the Chief

Operating Officer.

This role combines client relationship management, luxury travel support, coordination,

itinerary development, and business development. The ideal candidate is highly organized,

resourceful, well-connected, and passionate about creating extraordinary experiences

through proactive service and meticulous attention to detail.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and deliver exceptional, highly

personalized service.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing a deep understanding of

individual preferences and priorities.

• Anticipate client needs and proactively provide recommendations, solutions, and

opportunities.

Lifestyle & Concierge Services

• Coordinate and execute a wide range of lifestyle requests including dining,

entertainment, events, gifting, wellness, transportation, and bespoke experiences.

• Secure access to sought-after reservations, tickets, and exclusive opportunities through

an extensive network of industry relationships.

Travel Planning & Coordination

• Assist with the development and execution of customized travel itineraries, including

dining, and destination experiences.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless travel

execution.

Partnership Development

• Build and maintain relationships with leading hotels, restaurants, travel partners, DMCs,

and lifestyle providers.

• Continuously expand FF Global Group's network of preferred partners and exclusive

opportunities.

Business Development

• Support client growth through referrals, relationship-building, and exceptional service

delivery.

• Develop and grow a personal portfolio of clients over time with mentorship from

company leadership.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate records and client profiles within CRM systems.

• Support operational projects, reporting, and internal initiatives as needed.

• Ensure all client information is handled with discretion and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-management skills.

• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, executives, and their teams.

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional written communication and research abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp, iMessage, and other communication systems.

• Professional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive client matters.

• Flexibility to support client needs outside of traditional business hours, including

evenings and weekends.
