Role Overview:

Are you passionate about and dedicated to making experiences extraordinary? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! As a Concierge at Ten Group, you will curate everything from intimate dinners at exclusive chef's tables to securing reservations at world-renowned Michelin-star establishments.

Your role is not just about booking tables; it's about crafting unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Manage reservation requests for both domestic and international ensuring each request is handled with precision and flair
• Engage with members via phone and email, providing personalized suggestions tailored to their tastes, preferences, and dietary requirements
• Stay informed about current trends and offerings to provide members with the best recommendations
• Collaborate with suppliers to confirm details and ensure every member's needs are met comprehensively
  
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• An enthusiast with at least 2 years of experience in luxury dining, hospitality, or concierge Required
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple reservations while delivering outstanding service and maintaining attention to detail
• A customer-centric approach, with the ability to tailor each dining experience to the unique preferences of high-net-worth individuals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build rapport with members and suppliers alike
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and popular reservation platforms such as OpenTable
• Ability to thrive under pressure and handle urgent requests with poise and professionalism
