About The Role
We are seeking a Cyber Social Media / Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to join our team supporting rotational training at the National Training Center (NTC). This role involves supporting U.S. Army training exercises by replicating modern cyber, information, and social media operating environments. The successful candidate will provide critical open-source intelligence support, assisting in scenario development and execution, and ensuring the secure operation of web-based platforms within a DoD environment. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting secure web applications, all while adhering to strict cybersecurity standards and frameworks. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience supporting web-based applications, systems analysis, or data processing within a government or DoD context. Candidates must have knowledge of DoD cyber security policies, Information Assurance (IA) controls, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Certifications such as DoD IAT Level II (e.g., Security CE, CySA ) are mandatory. An active Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for this role. The candidate should demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure training environments. Prior experience supporting IT systems, web services, or applications in classified or secure environments is preferred.

- Support NTC rotational training by replicating contemporary cyber, information, and social media environments to enhance realistic training scenarios.
- Provide open-source intelligence (OSINT) support to aid in scenario development, execution, and assessment during military exercises.
- Design, install, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot websites and web-based services within a secure DoD environment, ensuring compliance with all security standards.
- Support applications hosted on NTC-approved networked application servers and software platforms, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting during training rotations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and training support teams to meet exercise objectives and ensure security protocols are followed.
