Candidates should also be flexible to respond to emergency calls and work varied schedules, including holidays.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC equipment, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and cooling systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
- Monitor critical mechanical parameters such as temperatures, pressures, and flow rates, and promptly alert senior staff to any anomalies.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks following established safety protocols, including filter replacements, belt inspections, and mechanical component servicing.
- Assist with the maintenance and operation of chilled water systems, air handling units, and cooling towers, gaining knowledge of thermal management in data centers.
- Participate in troubleshooting activities under supervision, applying diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and hazardous material handling, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage work orders through CMMS systems, coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance, and document all activities accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and equipment status reports for compliance and operational efficiency.
