About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in Draper, UT. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or homebuilding industry.
- Strong proficiency in website management, particularly WordPress.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and schema markup.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize paid social media and Google Ads campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to guide team members and external partners effectively.
- Manage and maintain the company's WordPress website, including creating landing pages, updating content, images, and layout, and implementing tracking pixels and tags.
- Develop and monitor GA4 and Looker Studio reports to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and schema markup to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Create and execute targeted paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, including setting budgets, targeting audiences, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Identify, vet, and collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility through user-generated content and influencer marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on campaign results, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as the company's digital voice, maintaining consistent brand messaging across all online channels.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.
