Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development, with a proven track record in both Agile and waterfall methodologies.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience specifically supporting Salesforce applications, including gathering requirements, custom configurations, and supporting Lightning Web Components (LWC) frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data management, and integration techniques with external systems such as ERPs, CRMs, and third-party applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, functional specifications, and user stories to support development and deployment efforts.
- Experience delivering user training programs and supporting change management initiatives to maximize platform adoption.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder are preferred.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business objectives into innovative Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts following Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Coordinate the integration of Salesforce with external systems, including ERPs, marketing platforms, and third-party apps, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Develop and deliver user training programs to enhance platform utilization and support ongoing user adoption initiatives.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and promote transparency across departments.
- Manage and support custom configurations, including Lightning Web Components, workflows, validation rules, and other application setups within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that address evolving business needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements to optimize Salesforce functionality.
